Petit Place Smart Tiny House was designed by Netherlands-based RoosRos Architects. It is a fully modular and sustainably built house. The tiny house is self-sufficient and can allow you to live separately from the system.

This house is available in various sizes. It can be designed according to the wishes of the customers. Petit Place can be built anywhere, on land, in water, in nature, in the forest, etc.

The outside of the house is black coated. This outer coating acts as protection and provides impermeability against water and wind. This façade has solar energy panels and produces three times the energy that the house itself can afford. This smart coating acts as a generator. In this way, it provides sustainability.

The interior of the house is designed very modern. By making fully glass windows on both sides of the house, it provides the opportunity to watch the view and make the most of the sun’s rays. At the same time, there are two windows on the roof. Due to the large windows and the use of light colored wood inside, a spacious environment was created.

At the entrance of the house, there is a living room and a kitchen. At the back is the bedroom. The toilet and bathroom are located in the middle of the house, offering two separate living spaces. It offers a comfortable living space with the materials used in the house.
